Q: What is the Huge Deal?

A: The Huge Deal is your opportunity for extreme savings on living the dream with ownership at Viewpoint at Puerto Angel.  

Q: Why is the developer selling these suites at a discount?

A: The developer is motivated to sell the limited inventory and move on to other projects. 

Q: Can I make an offer on one of the suites?

A: The developer has made every effort to provide the best value;  however, we are always open to offers. 

Q: Does the developer offer any special financing?

A: Yes, the developer may consider vendor financing in special circumstances.  There is also institutional financing available in Mexico.

Q: When can I take possession of my condo?

A: Some units are ready for immediate possession, an some units allow you to customize finishing’s and can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks.

Q: Are these condos new?

A: Yes; the building was completed in the fall of 2010. 

Q: Is the building occupied?

A:  Yes we currently have 24 units that are occupied.

Q: What do condo fees cover?

A: Condo fees cover: 24 hour gated security; pool and ground maintenance; Canadian Shaw direct TV; high speed internet; and an above and beyond interior maintenance package; common area taxes and utilities; reserve fund contribution.
