Victor Vasquez Lopez is from Puerto Angel and grew up with the ocean literally steps from his front door. Learning to fish at a very young age, Victor has many years of experience and a very intimate knowledge of the sea. Victor has over 10 years of tour guide experience, speaks both Spanish and English, and is an internationally certified lifeguard.[divider] Victor’s wife Julia hails from the U.S. but has called Puerto Angel home since 2009. Julia worked as a writer, researcher, documentarian and program coordinator in the U.S. and abroad and now works remotely for the Center for Environmental Farming Systems as well as assisting Victor with Luna Tours.
