Dining is available in the Great Room of the main floor or in the Great Room in each Suite as well as in each resident’s Suite. One of the highlights of living in Mazatlán is the amazing cuisine. Living Options at The Gardens of Mazatlán

The second through fourth floors propose a range of floor plans for independent and assisted living with the fifth floor dedicated to memory care. The rooftop will feature a walking path around a main palapa designed for social events.

Residents can choose between Suites and Studios, designed for easy access and immediate response by trained personnel. Private Suites feature a Great Room that includes living room features, a Galley, dining table and chairs and Sun Deck. The Galley has essentials such microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, etc. Private Studios have single beds and immediate access to the Sun Deck. Companion Studios can accommodate two single beds or a double bed.

 

Comprehensive Healthcare Services

Nursing and staff support is provided according to resident needs. Personal Resident Assistants are available 24/7 on each floor, licensed nurses are on duty throughout the day. A range of physical therapy and rehab services are available at our Wellness/Spa and Physical Therapy Center.  The Gardens of Mazatlán also provides Memory Care services.

Assisted Living services can provide extra support for daily living according to residents’ lifestyle and preferences. Services include all meals, housekeeping and linens service, utilities, organized activities, transportation to medical and personal appointments, emergency call system, etc.
